Frances E. Willard Award of Achievement
The Frances E. Willard Award honors Alpha Phi alumnae who have achieved outstanding success in their chosen field and have gained recognition on a national or international level. Thirty women have received this prestigious award recognizing distinguished alumnae in education, law, government, science and the arts.
Michaelanean Award of Alpha Phi
The Michaelanean Award was first presented at the 1972 Centennial Convention. It is presented each biennium to those alumnae members of the Fraternity who have shown outstanding loyalty and continuous devotion to Alpha Phi on the local level. Alumnae who have held office on the Regional or International level, either elected or appointed, are ineligible for consideration. Please be sure your nominee has not held a Regional or International office while living in another area.

Polaris Award of Alpha Phi
The Polaris Award is presented each biennium to those alumnae members of the Fraternity who have shown outstanding loyalty and continuous contributions to Alpha Phi on the regional level. For alumnae who have served only at the local level, please use the Michaelanean Award application.

Ursa Major Award of Alpha Phi
The Ursa Major Award was presented for the first time at the 1974 Convention. This award has been established to recognize alumnae members of Alpha Phi who have achieved success in their chosen field, either professional or volunteer outside of Alpha Phi, on a local, state/province or regional level.
